Code of Conduct

It is the policy of Touch Superleague to ensure that all players, referees, volunteers and coaches promote fair play at all times. Players are encouraged to be good sports and to co-operate with and respect their team mates, opposition, coaches and officials at all times. The aim is for all players, coaches and referees to enjoy the game and improve their skills.

All players are asked to abide by the following rules at all times:

  • Co-operate fully, respecting all requests and decisions made by officials and administrators. There shall be zero tolerance of disrespectful behaviour aimed at officials or fellow players
  • Be on time for matches and competitions
  • Players must control their emotions and avoid behaviour which may upset or offend others
  • Treat opponents and team mates with respect at all times (on and off the field)
  • Accept success and failure in a noble/ selfless way
  • Do not consume alcohol, tobacco products, solvents, illegal drugs of any kind while at a Touch Superleague venue
  • Do not participate in any Touch Superleague activity whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Take care of all property belonging to Touch Superleague
  • Be responsible for caring for your own equipment, clothing and property
  • No jewellery or unsuitable clothing or footwear should be worn during any Touch Superleague event
  • Abide by the rules and regulations agreed at time of team registration
